Building Tech Teams Through Practical Education

We work with companies in Bulgaria and beyond to develop internal technical capabilities. Our programs focus on real-world skills that match your actual workflow and technology stack.

01

Custom Curriculum Design

We study your tech stack and build training around what you actually use. No generic courses. If your team works with specific frameworks or tools, that's what we teach.

02

On-Site or Remote Delivery

Programs run at your offices in Sveti Vlas, Sofia, Varna, or remotely across Bulgaria. We adapt to your team's schedule and work environment.

03

Real Project Integration

Training connects to actual company projects when possible. Teams learn by building features or tools they'll continue using after the program ends.

Who This Works For

Over the past few years, we've seen these programs work best for established companies looking to upskill existing staff or transition people from non-technical roles into development positions.

  • Bulgarian companies expanding their technology departments
  • Businesses moving from outsourced to in-house development
  • Teams adopting new technologies or modernizing legacy systems
  • Organizations building internal tools and automation capabilities
  • Companies preparing for digital transformation initiatives

How We Structure Programs

Each engagement is different, but most follow this general approach. Timeline and specifics depend on your team size, existing skill levels, and business objectives.

1

Assessment Phase

We meet with your technical leadership and evaluate current team capabilities. This helps us understand gaps and priorities. Usually takes two to three weeks of conversations and technical reviews.

2

Curriculum Planning

Based on assessment findings, we design a training roadmap. This includes specific topics, project examples, and a realistic timeline. We share this plan for your feedback before committing.

3

Active Training Period

The core instruction phase runs for three to six months depending on scope. Sessions typically happen two to three times per week, with hands-on assignments between meetings. Teams build progressively more complex projects.

4

Transition Support

After formal training ends, we stay available for technical questions and code reviews for an additional period. This helps teams apply new skills to actual work without feeling abandoned.

We needed our existing staff to handle more development work internally. The custom training program helped five team members transition from basic scripting to building full applications. It took about five months, but now we're much less dependent on external contractors for routine development tasks.
